Accountant (Saudi National only)

Job Description

 Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

- Follow the movement of accounts receivable (debit and credit) and make adjustments after the approval. 
- Closing out the procurement advance and be sure from the validation of invoices and it is approved by the administration. 
- Review lists of wages and salaries and be sure that its right before the exchange. 
- Preparing daily records for all types of accounts. 
- Entering the daily records on computer programme. 
- Preparing the annual, half-yearly and quarterly financial reports. 
- Preparing the final accounts and financial statements of the company.

Skills

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / college degree, Accountant or equivalent. 
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position. 
- English written and spoken. 
- Computer literate. 
- Excellent communication skills. 
- Preferable dealing with Oracle program.

HR Officers (Saudi Nationals only)

To support the HR Department in performing its day to day functions in the site and coordinate in these sites all HR services e.g. vacations, medications, introduction letters and advising them as per company policy and Labor Law.

  • Ensure the proper application of company rules and regulations on the site employees as far as employee services are concerned e.g. vacations, iqama renewals etc
  • Follow up of annual vacation schedules for the site employees in coordination with the concerned lines Manager in the site.
  • Receive correspondences of the site, registering them and then forwarding to the concerned bodies in H/O.
  • Follow up of work resumption of site employees after returning from their vacations.
  • Checking employee data on continuous basis at the site e.g. job titles, location etc... and working towards tallying them with the corresponding employee records at the HR department in the H/O to update and correct any differences, if found.
  • Follow up with line Manager in the site regarding appraisal of employees.
  • Follow up of the performance of the security staff in the site and their shift changes in coordination with the department Manager.
  • Data entry of the attendance of all site employees in the Oracle system.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by H/O.

Civil Engineers (Roads/Bridges/Infrastructure)

To directly supervise and coordinate activities of construction or Project workers.

  • Execute the project on time safely, within the approved budget and in accordance with the contract specifications. 
  • Oversee the construction project from start to finish. 
  •  Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities. 
  • Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule. 
  • Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises. 
  • Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project. 
  • Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.

  • Review the customer complaint. Analyze, determine cause, propose solution and respond to customer complaints. 
  • Receive of all relevant information regarding design, drawings and engineering. 
  • Review with the construction manager and the Planning Engineer the detailed programs for the execution of the project. 
  • Ensure implementation of all aspects of the project  Quality Management & Control system. 
  • Compilation of all necessary progress reports. 
  • Issue instructions to the sub-contractors advising them of available work areas and reviewing their progress of work. 
  • Staff training and appraisal.
