Prince Faisal said, “The generous approval reflects the great interest that the leadership attaches to this holy city and its people in particular, noting that the generous order included allocating part of the in-kind scheme for the benefit of the Ministry of Housing, enabling it to implement a set of housing programs and projects with appropriate options for the beneficiaries in view of the The scheme contains an integrated infrastructure and service that provides an attractive residential environment for various segments of society, in addition to its distinctive location.
Prince Faisal bin Salman affirmed that the approval embodies the keenness and interest of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to provide a decent life for his citizens throughout the Kingdom, and a continuation of his approach to harnessing all capabilities for the advancement of the homeland and the citizen, asking God Almighty to preserve the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques treasures and honor for Islam and Muslims.
It is noteworthy that the in-kind compensation scheme is located on an area of ​​21 million square meters, and consists of six main areas comprising 13,347 residential plots in addition to 1,107 commercial plots, while the completion rate of infrastructure projects has reached 73 percent. 2.4 million square meters, bringing the total area of ​​the ministry project inside and outside the scheme to about 3.7 million square meters. The general contractor of the project, Mohammed Al-Ali Al-Swailem Trading and Contracting Company, will complete the project.
